Overview In this on-site leadership role, you guide decommissioning, decontamination, and demolition projects across industrial sites, ensuring safe, compliant field execution. You work closely with contractors, field teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality remediation outcomes. The role supportsERM's growth through technical input in business development and maintains rigorous safety and performance standards. You will travel extensively to oversee field work and drive project success.

Responsibilities- On-site leadership of DDD projects at diverse industrial facilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality remediation construction activities
- Lead field execution of remedial solutions for soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor
- Coordinate between contractors, field teams, and Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget
- Provide construction management support and QA/QC
- Support site investigations and hazardous materials handling
- Act as Field Safety Officer and Demolition Manager when required
- Plan and schedule on-site staff and evaluate subcontractor performance
- Maintain clear communication with field teams and Project Manager
- Track budgets and define new project scopes
Key requirements- 7-10 years of remediation construction and industrial DDD experience
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 80-90% in the field
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
