Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies that reduce cost and mitigate risk
- Lead complex sourcing and negotiation initiatives across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle
- Translate strategies into contracts and manage related risks and compliance
- Drive savings, innovation, and total-cost improvements via analytics and supplier collaboration
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance to improve competitiveness and resilience
- Leverage market intelligence and stakeholder partnerships to guide procurement decisions
Key requirements- Bachelor in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic procurement, category buying, sourcing, or related commercial roles
- Experience leading complex sourcing projects, competitive bidding, supplier selections, and contract development
- Strong understanding of services procurement, including scopes of work and risk allocation
- Ability to conduct spend, market, and risk analyses and translate findings into business cases and sourcing plans
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, negotiation, and decision-making confidence
- Effective written and verbal communicator with cross-functional collaboration and governance focus
- Experience with SAP and procurement platforms; contract databases and data analysis preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
