Senior Finance Manager - Contract Manufacturing Operations Finance

Overview

In this role you will co-pilot the VP of Contract Manufacturing, shaping strategy and tying financial outcomes to operational and commercial levers across a complex co-manufacturing network. You'll own forecasting, cost savings, master data, controls, and compliance, while leading a finance team and driving digital transformation to boost efficiency and insight. You'll partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact and governance. This is a high-impact finance leadership role at Nestlé's Contract Manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic financial partnering and Co-Pilot to the VP of Contract Manufacturing, translating performance into senior leadership narratives
  • Delivery of validated cost savings across sourcing, negotiation, and projects with clear financial visibility
  • Forecasting for cost of production and related drivers; establish accuracy KPIs and scenario analyses
  • Ensure rigor across month-end close, BOM, master data, and write-off analysis with root-cause insights
  • Strengthen internal controls and compliance readiness; drive continuous improvement
  • Lead digital enablement and transformation, champion SAP-based solutions and automation
  • Recruit, coach, and develop the Contract Manufacturing Finance team and foster an inclusive culture
Key requirements
  • CPA, CMA, CFM, CCE, or MBA
  • Food/CPG/manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge and cost accounting/ABCs; NAS familiarity for internal candidates
  • Fluency in cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, Economic Profit; ability to model P&L drivers
  • Ability to design KPIs that drive performance; strong analytical framing
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; deep SAP experience; Power BI and analytics tools; bias toward automation
  • Experience leading process transformation and continuous improvement at scale
  • Strategic influence and partnership with senior leadership
