Overview As CSA Project Engineer for Tool Install Engineering, you enable tool installation construction for Intel Fab sites, delivering on cost, schedule and productivity targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft engineering solutions and guide stakeholders with data-driven insights. You'll act as a technical authority for the Fab Construction Enterprise and promote a safety-centric project culture. This hybrid role at the Ocotillo campus supports Intel's manufacturing roadmap and global tool-install initiatives.

Responsibilities- Provide engineering solutions to enable tool install construction, meeting cost, schedule, and productivity targets
- Leverage SME across Construction Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Quantity Surveying, Off-Site Manufacturing, Finance, and Digital Transformation to deliver innovative solutions
- Influence change across internal stakeholders with compelling data
- Serve as subject matter expert providing technical guidance to the Fab Construction Enterprise
- Foster and drive a safety culture of caring across planning, sites, and execution
Key requirements- Bachelor or Master in Civil or Structural Engineering with focus on structural and architectural knowledge
- 3+ years of design experience in large-scale, complex facilities and equipment installation in high-tech industries
- Registration as Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
- OR Master's with 2+ years of relevant experience and PE/SE

- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication of technical issues
- Familiarity with structural codes: IBC, ASCE, EU, SEMI or international equivalents
- Experience with design and construction specifications
- 2D CAD or 3D Modeling Software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit), RISA
