Overview As part of the People & Culture Technology team, you translate business needs into practical tech solutions to boost efficiency and enhance the employee experience. You'll work with cross functional partners to design scalable, compliant systems and automate processes using AI, Workday, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role supports global teams across 37 countries, balancing privacy and security with user-centric design. Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to assess processes, define requirements, and identify technology improvements
- Analyze complex needs and fragmented processes to recommend scalable, compliant, user-centered solutions
- Prioritize opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation, AI, Workday, and other tools to simplify work
- Collaborate with Workday analysts and IT Employee Services on requirements, integrations, configuration, and end-to-end solutions
- Apply privacy, legal, security, and ethical guardrails to automation and AI solutions
- Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and customer focus
- Recommend process and technology improvements for global teams across 37 countries
Key requirements- 5+ years of enterprise HRIS experience, including Workday configuration
- Experience with automation, AI solutions, and People & Culture applications (e.g., applicant tracking, learning, compensation)
