Responsibilities- Develops agile, cost-effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives and executive coaching
- Leads end-to-end organizational design and operating model initiatives
- Influences senior leaders with data-driven talent solutions across the HR portfolio
- Drives enterprise HR offerings and strategic workforce planning with cost-of-labor considerations
- Partners with Finance and Workforce Planning to ensure alignment with labor targets
- Mentors HRBP and COE teams and promotes cross-functional collaboration
- Acts as a One HR advocate, aligning COE strategies with changing business needs
- Provides strategic insight and continuous evaluation of HR approaches to improve outcomes
- Identifies risks and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
Key requirements- 8 years of HR, business consulting/analysis experience with strategic initiatives
- 5 years in developing and leading talent solutions as an HRBP or similar
- Experience presenting executive artifacts to influence decisions
- Experience designing long-term, strategy-aligned initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with senior leaders
- Ability to tailor messaging to different organizational levels
