Full-Time Meridian, ID (Boise & Nampa Coverage) Clinic + Inpatient Care

Position Overview As an Advanced Practice Provider, you ll play a key role in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions , coordinating care plans, and guiding patients through treatment and prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history and physical exams
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose GI conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care
- Educate patients on conditions, procedures, and preventive care
- Ensure continuity of care across clinic and inpatient settings
- Maintain accurate documentation ( EPIC experience a plus )
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Stay current with clinical best practices and ongoing education
Qualifications - Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Idaho license (or ability to obtain)
- Master s degree required (Doctorate preferred)
- 1+ year of Gastroenterology experience required
- Experience in clinic, hospital, ER, or specialty care settings
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards

Schedule - Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Clinic)
- Inpatient rotations based on coverage needs
- Occasional night call
