Locum CRNA Opportunity - Southeastern Wisconsin (Outpatient Only)

Schedule: 3-4 weekday shifts/week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Rate: Negotiable based on commitment, availability, and experience
Palm Health Resources is actively seeking a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing outpatient-only opportunity in southeastern Wisconsin, within a reputable health system. This independent practice model offers weekday-only coverage with no call, no weekends, and no holidays, ideal for CRNAs seeking flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
Clinical Environment:
- Setting: Outpatient surgical care; no inpatient or admissions required
- Practice Model: Independent CRNA practice with physician support available (not direct supervision)
- Shifts: 10-hour days, 3-4 days/week
- Cases:
- General Surgery
- ENT
- Ortho
- GI
- GYN
- Regional blocks
- No OB, peds, trauma, or cardiac
- Support: Collaborative surgical and anesthesia teams; Epic EMR
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days (temporary privileges not available)
- Licensure: Wisconsin license or active IMLC required
