Lexington Medical Center 497 Beds Level III Trauma Center West Columbia, SC No Local Candidates, Must be at least 50 miles away CRNA: • Schedule: Monday to Friday • Preferred: 4x10-hour shifts • Will Consider: 3x12-hour shifts • No Call Required • Supervised Role CRNAs work under a medical direction care team model • Cases: General, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Endoscopy, Cath lab, IR special cases, etc. - No open hearts, epidurals, nerve blocks or transplants • Case Load: 130-180 cases per day (can exceed 200 with more staff) • Guaranteed 40 hours per week • There are 15 Anesthesiologists $ 70 CRNA s on staff • Equipped with Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines • Must be Board Certified • Must have SC license (compact accepted) & DEA • Must have ACLS, BLS, & PALS • Looking for candidates that live 50+ miles away • EMR: EPIC
