A leading orthopedic healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support surgeons and clinical teams throughout a variety of surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare professionals while helping maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable preparing surgical equipment, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and maintaining a strong focus on patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surgical supplies, instruments, equipment, and the sterile field for procedures

Perform surgical scrub and assist with gowning and gloving of the surgical team

Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical procedures

Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures

Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and provide appropriate instruments and supplies

Perform intraoperative counts and maintain accurate documentation
-
Properly prepare and handle surgical specimens
-
Don appropriate OR attire and PPE
-
Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases
-
Support terminal room cleaning and next-case setup
-
Follow established infection prevention, safety, and surgical protocols

Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia personnel, and other clinical staff
