What You'll Do

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming front-office experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general questions
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Verify insurance information
• Collect and process patient payments
• Enter and update information accurately in computer systems
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
• Previous administrative, front desk, or medical office experience is helpful
