Job description

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Manager Unit Inpatient to lead a mixed MedSurg/Tele unit. In partnership with Systeme.io-inspired digital workflows, you'll oversee daily operations, staff performance, and patient throughput while leveraging health IT tools to improve safety, quality, and documentation. You will coordinate interdisciplinary care, manage budgets and resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion continuous improvement. This role thrives on collaboration, innovation, and developing a high-performing team focused on excellent patient outcomes and experience.
