Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working with customers and staff.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk activities.
Check in customers and maintain accurate records.
Assist with paperwork, payments, and general office tasks.
Answer customer questions and provide basic information.
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.

Requirements:

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Basic computer skills.
Reliable and dependable.
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
