We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to join the culinary team at a premier luxury resort in Santa Cruz, California. This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader with strong banquet, catering, and high-volume event experience.
What We're Looking For
- Banquet Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience
- Strong luxury hotel or resort background preferred
- Experience executing weddings, corporate events, and large-scale banquets
- Ability to manage multiple events and functions simultaneously
- Strong leadership, training, and team-development skills
- Excellent organization, food quality, and presentation standards
- Knowledge of food cost, labor, inventory, and sanitation standards
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000-$90,000 base salary
