What You'll Be Doing:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll help homeowners stay comfortable by delivering expert service, maintenance, repair, and installation solutions.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Performing maintenance and system tune-ups
- Completing HVAC equipment and accessory installations
- Educating customers on repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality, and service plans
- Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience
- Communicating clearly with customers and the office team
- Completing jobs thoroughly and efficiently

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered, you should have:
- At least 3yrs of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience outside of school
- Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Have your own tools
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Commercial experience
- Service Titan experience
Pay & Growth Opportunities:
This position offers an hourly range of $20-$25 depending on experience. Additional earning opportunities are available through spiffs and sales commissions.
