Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients.
- Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and leadership teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Support quality improvement programs, peer reviews, and patient care initiatives.
- Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to members of the care team.
- Assist in maintaining clinical standards, workflows, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Participate in organizational projects and service development efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experience in outpatient primary care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome measures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment.
