- Average Volume: 15-20 patients per day
- Work Location: Lapeer, Michigan - REQUIRED
- Important: Provider must understand they will physically work in Lapeer
LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS
- Medical Oncology & Hematology Board Certification: REQUIRED
- Truly Board Eligible providers will be considered
- BLS: REQUIRED
- ACLS: REQUIRED
- Michigan License: Active MI license REQUIRED
- IMLC: Not accepted
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Cerner Experience: Preferred
CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hematology outpatient care
- Oncology outpatient care
- Participation in tumor board
- Adult outpatient practice
- Clinic call as needed
PRACTICE & SUPPORT
- EMR: Cerner
- Cerner Familiarity: Preferred
- Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic
- Previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance
Support Staff:
- Oncology RNs
- Medical Assistants
- Social Worker
- Dietitian
- Nurse Navigator
