What You ll Do
- Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team conferences for patient care planning
- Oversee patient treatment for individuals with neurological diagnoses such as stroke and TBI
- Supervise 3-4 advanced practice providers (APPs) and manage a consult service of 25-40 patients
- Provide expert clinical consultation tailored to inpatient rehabilitation needs
- Collaborate with hospital staff to optimize treatment outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices
What You Need
Required: - Medical license for North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or neurology-related care preferred
- Strong leadership skills and interdisciplinary communication
Preferred: - Prior experience supervising APPs or leading team meetings
