The Opportunity
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine caring for patients across all ages, from newborns to geriatrics
• Primarily outpatient practice with continuity of care for hospitalized patients
• Dedicated hospitalist team provides night coverage
• 4-day workweek supporting work-life balance
• Backup-only call for inpatient and OB services
• Opportunity to pick up hospitalist or ED shifts for additional income and skill maintenance
• J-1 and H-1B visa eligible
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive guaranteed salary with productivity incentives and earning potential well above national benchmarks
• Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment ($50,000 annually for five years)
• $150,000 sign-on bonus plus $20,000 relocation assistance
• $21,000 quality bonus opportunity
