Overview As a Power & Analog Design Engineer II, you will help design and verify analog and power conversion circuitry for mission-critical sensors and effectors. You'll collaborate with senior engineers to translate requirements into robust architectures and layouts, and you'll support the product lifecycle from design through verification and production. The role is onsite in McKinney, TX and offers opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams on cutting-edge defense technology. Responsibilities- Assist with circuit-card level architecture development
- Design, analyze, test, and document analog and power conversion circuitry
- Collaborate with senior engineers and ECAD drafters on stack-up, layout, and routing
- Support integration and verification in engineering labs
- Provide product test and troubleshooting support
- Track execution status against budget and schedule
- Engage in professional growth and development
Key requirements- Degree in STEM with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Design/analysis/simulation/test experience with buck, boost, or buck-boost converters
- Experience with analog electronics (FETs/BJTs, op-amps, filters, termination, comparators)
- Experience with MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica or similar tools
- Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance (Secret)
- Onsite work requirement in McKinney, TX
