Overview In this role you will host and elevate Angel's Envy Single Barrel experiences, educating and engaging guests while building brand advocacy. You will collaborate across Commercial, Advocacy, Brand Home, and Production teams to plan and standardize tastings, tours, and playbooks, ensuring seamless execution from barrel selection to event delivery. Your work strengthens relationships with customers and trade partners and supports sales goals through premium experiences. This position combines hospitality leadership with education, storytelling, and strategic brand initiatives to drive growth.

Responsibilities- Drive the success of Single Barrel and Custom Finish programs through premium guest experiences and education
- Host advocacy and private selection experiences at Brand Home and facilities
- Develop, standardize, and execute selection experiences, educational programming, tour itineraries, and program playbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Advocacy, Brand Home, National Accounts, Retail, Experiential, and Production teams
- Manage logistics, inventory, budgets, and materials for seamless program execution
- Liaise between commercial and operations teams; manage customization requests and production timelines
- Represent Angel's Envy at events, tastings, media engagements, and trade activations
- Maintain social/digital presence to amplify storytelling and engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Support market activations and advocacy visits; mentor advocacy teams to elevate execution
Key requirements- 5-7 years in spirits, bartending, bar management, or hospitality industries
- Brand ambassador or consulting experience preferred
- High level of presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven event planning and trade relationship development experience
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving, financial literacy, and budget management abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel frequently
- Bachelor's degree preferred (optional)
