Overview In this role you will lead the Electrical Engineering section within RCP Hardware Technologies to deliver mission-critical, secure solutions for defense customers. You'll drive execution across programs and IR&D, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll manage people, develop talent, and align initiatives with department and business unit goals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering resilient systems for the Warfighter.

Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering execution for internal and external programs and IR&D projects
- Set clear, measurable team goals and communicate expectations
- Oversee direct line management: performance, development, and recruiting
- Support department- and SBU-level initiatives and ensure policy adherence
- Provide oversight for personnel issue resolution
- Drive innovation through collaboration with customers and partner organizations
- Build internal and external networks across Mission Systems Engineering, General Management, and Operations

- Electrical Engineering experience
- Degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years
- Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance (Secret) and US citizenship
