Medical Office Coordinator Opportunity:
- Temporary to permanent employment position
- Mon-Fri; 8a-4p
Serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming experience while managing check-in, registration, scheduling, and front-desk operations.
Performs insurance verification, coordinates patient appointments, maintains accurate records, and assists with billing and administrative processes.
Supports the clinic manager with daily office operations, resolves patient concerns, monitors workflows, and helps ensure efficient and smooth clinic operations.
Medical Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated history of excellent customer service/patient relations
- Medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
