Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a guest-facing role. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating a welcoming first impression, supporting daily front office operations, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests and visitors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate information and a smooth experience
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
• Provide information about services, amenities, policies, and local area recommendations
• Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests as needed
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-up
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and reconcile transactions in accordance with procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to help ensure guest needs are met
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk area
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

• Previous customer service or front office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and solution-focused in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort using computers, phone systems, and basic office software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
