SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Locums needed in Thief River Falls, Minnesota (MN). The team is seeking long-term coverage from October 2026 through January 3, 2027, and is open to discussing flexible scheduling. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.
43424 - Family Medicine / Primary Care (NP/PA) Locum Role:
- Coverage: Long-term onsite coverage at an employer-based clinic
- Dates: October 2026 through January 3, 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
- Flexibility: Alternative work schedules may be considered
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care clinic
- Population: Adults age 18+
- Volume: Approximately 2 patients per hour
- Scope: Same-day care, urgent/acute visits, chronic condition management, and minor workers' compensation care
- Support: 1 additional NP onsite, 2 RNs, and 1 LPN
- EMR: Epic
Requirements of the Family Medicine / Primary Care APP Role:
- Active, unrestricted Minnesota license
- Board Certified FNP or PA
- Primary Care experience
- Comfortable providing acute and chronic care
- CV (MM/YYYY, 30+ day gaps explained - work and education)
