Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager will oversee a small team of 1-5 staff members in a casual dining environment, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role involves staff supervision, inventory oversight, menu planning, and budget management, using standard POS systems and manual record keeping. The Kitchen Manager will drive training and development efforts to foster a productive and compliant kitchen team without any travel requirements.
