Oversee daily pharmacy operations, staff supervision, workflow, and scheduling. Oversee purchasing and inventory control; monitor supply chain efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, insurance/billing coordination. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Maintain operational records and reports.
