Senior Energy and Partnerships Program Specialist

Overview

In this role you will design and implement strategic energy partnership programs, collaborating with government clients and industry stakeholders to accelerate energy efficiency. You will drive CRM strategy, data management, and partner communications to enable efficient program execution and public-private partnerships. You will leverage ENERGY STAR knowledge and networks to shape market transformation. This is a mission-driven opportunity with flexible work arrangements and growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for energy partnership programs with clients
  • Collaborate with government clients to implement programs
  • Engage industry stakeholders to gather program value
  • Coordinate with internal SMEs to promote knowledge sharing and consistency
  • Provide strategic direction on large program CRM needs and best practices
  • Assess API usage to enable partner interactions with program resources
  • Manage, analyze, and report on large data sets related to programs
  • Develop and review high-quality written products (marketing plans, market assessments, trend reports)
  • Create and edit partner outreach materials (forms, applications, stakeholder communications)
  • Facilitate clear messaging about program initiatives and data trends to diverse audiences
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
  • Establish and manage task schedules to meet contract deliverables on time and within budget
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in public sector energy, sustainability, or partnership programs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Preferred: Professional Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience with ENERGY STAR or other efficiency/sustainability tools and platforms
  • Experience with CRM software systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
