Position Details

Compensation:

Orientation: $170/hr
On Call (Daily): $2,700/day
Call Back: $325/hr

Clinical Responsibilities

ENT call coverage

Respond to trauma and emergency department consult requests

Management of general ENT procedures and emergencies

Required Procedures

Adenoidectomy

Audiograms

Lump/tumor removal

Tonsillectomy

Patient Volume

Average daily patient volume: 2 4 patients

Practice Environment

Level II Trauma Center

EMR: Epic

Support staff includes:

Anesthesia team

CRNAs

Surgical department staff

Requirements

Board Certified in Otolaryngology Required

Active Nebraska license or ability to obtain within a few months Required

IMLC accepted

DEA required

Clean malpractice history highly preferred

Availability required at time of name clear

NPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation

Orientation schedule provided based on Epic experience and finalized travel plans
