We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a growing mobile clinical team delivering specialized wound care across the Oakland, CA area. This position offers a flexible schedule and an autonomous mobile practice model, providing advanced care to patients in their homes, assisted-living facilities, board-and-care homes, skilled nursing facilities, and mobile clinic settings.

This position utilizes a pay-per-visit reimbursement model, allowing organized, efficient providers to maximize their earnings while delivering high-quality, individualized care to homebound and vulnerable patient populations.
