Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique physical health condition, goals, and needs.
  • Provide direct physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to effectively treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
  • Regularly evaluate patient progress by utilizing functional assessments and modifying treatment protocols to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies to manage conditions independently, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to create a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness about physical health and rehabilitation resources available within the community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from surgery, elderly patients experiencing mobility challenges, and those dealing with chronic pain or disabilities. Our patient population includes both adults and children, requiring sensitivity and adaptability to accommodate varying needs and levels of engagement.

Qualifications
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
