Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Health Therapist, you will join a collaborative team consisting of experienced physical therapists and a certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). We operate in a state-of-the-art facility that is equipped with modern rehabilitation technology, encouraging an efficient and effective therapeutic process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the specific objectives and needs of each patient upon their arrival.
  • Manage an efficient clinical workflow, engaging with one patient per hour to provide quality care.
  • Create and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans that leverage various treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
  • Implement cost-effective treatment modalities that improve movement and mobility, aiming to minimize the necessity for medications and surgical interventions.
  • Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatments and care provided are recorded accurately for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Motivate and educate patients about their conditions and the importance of active participation in their rehabilitation.
  • Promote and guide patients in achieving improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refine patient care strategies and develop multidisciplinary approaches when necessary.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment protocols, making adjustments based on progress and patient feedback.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries. Many of our clients possess private medical insurance, allowing us to deliver personalized, focused care that prioritizes efficiency and quality outcomes. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to enhance patient management and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
  • Experience in developing and conducting specific exercise regimens tailored to individual needs.
  • Ability to navigate different treatment modalities effectively, including technology-assisted rehabilitation techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
