About the Role

Canon U.S.A. Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY seeks a B2B Digital Commerce Experience Specialist (Specialist, Marketing). The B2B Digital Commerce Experience Specialist is responsible for driving the growth and continuous optimization of the Canon Online Store digital customer experience. This role will lead and support key digital experience initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and leverage analytics and customer insights to deliver an engaging, personalized online experience that improves customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.

Working closely with Marketing, IT, Sales, Analytics, and external agency partners, this individual will help execute strategic initiatives focused on website optimization/testing, personalization, customer feedback analysis and digital analytics.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.



Your Impact

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE OPTIMIZATION

  • Drive continuous optimization of the Canon Online Store website by supporting UX enhancements, on-site search improvements, and promotional content updates that improve the customer journey
  • Develop and coordinate personalization strategies and A/B or multivariate testing to optimize customer engagement, conversion, and overall site performance
  • Analyze website analytics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving the online experience and achieving business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate Voice of Customer feedback, partnering with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and implement customer-focused improvements
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Analytics, Merchandising, and agency partners to prioritize, implement, and measure digital experience enhancements

ANALYTICS & MONITORING

  • Support ongoing analysis of website performance using digital analytics tools
  • Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, engagement, search performance, customer journeys, and user behavior
  • Develop insights and recommendations that improve customer experience and business outcomes
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure the impact of website enhancements and testing


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, customer experience, or website optimization
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across marketing, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations

PREFERRED

  • Experience with website personalization platforms or A/B testing tools (Adobe Target)
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics & Content Square
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms and content management systems
  • Knowledge of SEO and on-site search optimization
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and UX best practices
  • Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors

We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $66,300 - $81,550 annually
