Requirements:
- MD/DO, Board eligible/certified in OEM, FM or EM
- Occupational medicine experience
- Medical Review Officer and Independent Medical Examiner certification and stress testing experience is required
- 2 years experience in occupational medicine
- Ohio BWC-certified Medical Review Officer certification Dept of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner certification (or willingness to)
- Skills to perform minor procedures (laceration repair, etc.) including Exercise Treadmill Tests
- Comprehension & experience with OSHA surveillance exam regulations
