Superintendent
Twin Cities Based Company Direct Hire $100,000-$130,000
Konik is partnering with a growing general contractor seeking to add a Superintendent to support active ground-up construction projects in the greater Twin Cities.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes ownership of jobsite execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Superintendent Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on ground-up construction projects from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-aheads
- Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce company safety standards
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to plans
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment
- Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities
Superintendent Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a general contractor
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Additional Role Details
- Role is primarily field-based with travel required between project sites

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience
- Per diem
- Bonus potential based on project and company performance
