Job DescriptionJob Description Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Open to recent graduates with a Construction Management degree or candidates with 1-3 years of construction-related experience
Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute as a team player

Responsibilities

Support the Construction Manager in the overall administrative, financial, and technical management of projects
Work closely with the Construction Manager to help ensure projects are completed according to contract documents, design specifications, budget, and schedule requirements
Assist with the bid and buyout process, including soliciting and reviewing subcontractor/vendor proposals
Help prepare project forecasts and month-end financial reporting
Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, and project logistics
Participate in onsite client meetings and assist with project communication as needed
Monitor project quality standards and help ensure expectations are met throughout the construction process
Attend bi-weekly Construction Management meetings
Assist with pricing, processing, and distributing change orders to impacted trades and vendors
Coordinate with municipalities and local agencies to obtain permits and approvals
