THE ROLE

You run the site next to people whose work cannot stop while you build. Infection control and life safety are the job, not a binder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Occupied healthcare renovation, lab fit out or ground up research space
• Infection control risk assessment and interim life safety in live buildings
• Phasing and shutdown coordination with facilities and end users
• Heavy mechanical and electrical coordination through commissioning
• Punch, turnover and validation support
• Daily coordination with clinical or laboratory staff on an active campus

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten or more years running your own sites
• Real time in occupied medical or laboratory environments
• ICRA experience, which is what separates people on this work
• Commissioning exposure on mechanically heavy projects

COMPENSATION

Base of $140,000 to $180,000.
