Our agency opened in 2016 and is a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent 22 years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and a strong foundation in customer care and service excellence.
Giving back is a big part of what we do. I'm actively involved with Operation Warrior Resolution, supporting mental health and overall wellness, and work with the Sheriff's Department on youth education initiatives. I also enjoy participating in local walks and runs and supporting community events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tracey Ganner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
