Weekend Receptionist
Medical Suites at Oak Creek - Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Part Time Saturday & Sunday 1:00PM-7:00PM Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Medical Suites at Oak Creek is looking for a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our long term care facility.
Job Requirements:
1+ year of experience in data entry or office support
Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
Strong communications skills (oral and written)
Outstanding customer service skills
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies
Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry
Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned
