As a part-time Receptionist, you're the first voice and first smile that keeps our shop running at full volume-welcoming guests, keeping the flow tight, and making sure every visit starts strong.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests, manage the waitlist, and keep the front desk moving fast and friendly
- Answer phones, handle basic computer tasks, and coordinate appointments/messages
- Support the team by staying on top of laundry and keeping the shop clean and ready
- Float between our College and West Elizabeth locations near campus as needed
