Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, residents, and employees while ensuring that the reception area operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee the reception desk schedule and ensure that all front desk staffing needs are met, including coordinating coverage for breaks, vacations, and weekends.
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting visitors with a smile, addressing inquiries, and directing calls and requests appropriately.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining visitor logs, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and ensuring a well-organized reception area.
- Act as a liaison between departments, staff, residents, and families, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- A positive, warm, and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work weekends or additional hours as needed.
- Cashiering experience supporting resident financial management and transactions.
