About This Role - PREVIOUS KITCHEN MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who enjoys working with food and wants to take pride in what they create every day.
This role is a mix of leading, producing, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll work alongside the team, help guide daily production, and make sure everything that goes out meets the quality Tom Leonard's is known for.
If you like staying busy, working with a team, and being part of something you can truly take ownership of, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and oversee fresh items like salsas, dips, salads, soups, and other prepared foods
- Follow and help maintain recipes so everything is consistent and high quality
- Work alongside the team while helping guide daily tasks and priorities
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete daily waste and order sheets
- Look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Jump in to support other departments when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience
- Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and keep things consistent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Schedule
- Full-time position - 7 OR 7:30 AM - 3 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Store hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
