Locations: Davidson, Winston-Salem & Blowing Rock, NC
Salary: $120,000 to $125,000

We're seeking an experienced Regional Director of Culinary to lead culinary operations across multiple chef-driven, scratch kitchen concepts in North Carolina. This executive leadership role is ideal for a hands-on culinary professional who thrives in multi-unit environments and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Executive Chefs across multiple locations
• Drive consistency in food quality, execution, and brand standards
• Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and P&L performance
• Develop culinary leaders and build high-performing teams
• Support new restaurant openings and concept growth
• Partner with ownership on culinary strategy and innovation

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
• Multi-unit restaurant leadership required
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Scratch kitchen and chef-driven concept experience
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive results
