Job: Executive Sous Chef - High-Volume Upscale Restaurant
Location: Nashville, TN
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Aba, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to help lead a high-volume Mediterranean kitchen in Nashville. You'll be the Executive Chef's right hand, keeping standards sharp and the team strong through every service.
What you'll do:
- Oversee kitchen operations and lead the Sous Chef team
- Drive consistency, execution, and speed at high volume
- Manage food cost, labor, ordering, and inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen talent
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of salaried leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Upscale restaurant experience (not fast casual or casual)
- Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract kitchen experience does not qualify for this role
- Proven ability to lead large teams in a demanding environment
