An outstanding, full-time opportunity is available in the Grayslake, IL area for an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer with 8-15 yearsof electrical engineering experience and a strong background in industrial electrical powerandcontrol system design. All candidates MUST have the following experience to qualify for consideration:
- At least 8+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with hands-on experience designing electrical power and control systems for industrial equipment or machinery is REQUIRED.
- Strong technical proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, Microsoft Office/Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is REQUIRED.
- Experience developing electrical schematics/diagrams , Bill of Materials (BOMs),control-panel/cabinet layouts, and technical documentation is highly PREFERRED.
- Experience designing systems in accordance with applicable National Electrical Code (NEC), UL standards, and customer specifications is highly PREFERRED.
- Experience with relay-based control systems, electrical power distribution, instrumentation, and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with industrial ovens, furnaces, thermal processing equipment, or other complex industrial machinery is a strong PLUS.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineeringis Required.
