Quick Facts Location: Mount Vernon, IL Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 10/05/2026 Shift: Day shift (7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday Friday) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: IL Medical License, DEA, ACLS, CSR Experience: 1-2 years minimum, inpatient rehab experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $212.94 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You ll Do Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to adult patients on a 134-bed hospital unit Support medical management with hospitalists and interdisciplinary team Perform bread-and-butter inpatient rehab procedures including joint injections and baclofen pump management Manage 8-10 patients per day, with possible consultations on acute care when needed Collaborate with hospital staff using Epic EMR workflow Support the team while providers are out of the country for a short-term period What You Need Valid Illinois medical license Board certification or ABPMR certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Current ACLS certification 1-2 years of inpatient rehab experience preferred Ability to support inpatient rehab procedures and manage adult patients About the Assignment Join a well-established hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois, for a 3-week inpatient rehab coverage.
