Physician / ObGyn / Massachusetts / Permanent / OB/GYN Physician Position in Northeastern MA Job

Optimum has an exciting new OB/GYN position available with a reputable group based in northeastern Massachusetts.

With a 4-day workweek and rotating call, this is an ideal opportunity for a skilled physician looking to take the next step in their career.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Call: Typically 1:5, supported by laborists
• Clinic and hospital coverage
• Clinic Census: 15+ per day
• Delivery Volume: 40-50 per month, shared among physicians
• General OB/GYN caseload
• Current Team: 5 full?time OB physicians + 4 NPs
• Must be board-certified

Compensation & Perks:

• $300k+ base salary and collection-based productivity bonus
• 6 weeks of PTO
• Medical malpractice coverage plus tail
