JOB OVERVIEW

Service Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient

Employment Status: Full-Time

Practice Setting: Group Practice/FQHC-Look Alike

Coverage Type: Clinical + Call

Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, flexible work schedule

Call Schedule: Rotating Call

Call Ratio: 1:4

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Volume/Census: 15+ clinic patients per day

Case Mix: Endocrinology

Practice Scope: Inpatient and Outpatient Endocrinology



FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Epic with AI functionality in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Technology: Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII

Support: Collegial system physicians providing mentorship and practice-development support

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90120 days

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Endocrinology services.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine disorders.

Maintain an outpatient clinic volume of approximately 15+ patients per day.

Participate in the 1:4 call rotation.

Document patient care using Epic.

Collaborate with physicians and other members of the integrated healthcare team.

Participate in development of the Endocrinology practice based on clinical interests and organizational needs.

Deliver high-quality, respectful care consistent with the organization's community-focused mission.
