• Types of Cases: Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia; Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Head/Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Thoracic surgeries
• Skills Required:
  • Pediatric General Anesthesia (Required)
  • Neonatal General Anesthesia (Preferred)
  • Spinal Anesthesia (Required)
  • Open Heart Anesthesia (Required)
  • Central Line Placement (Required)
  • Arterial Line Placement (Required)
  • Pain Management Techniques (Preferred)
  • Post-op Epidural (Preferred)
  • Post-op Extremity Blocks (Preferred)
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues (Preferred)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Required
• Fellowship: Fellowship Training Required (Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia)
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: Washington State License (IMLC not accepted); Temporary privileges available
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 days
