- Case Mix: NICU Designation: Level 3 NICU (maintains and manages high-risk antepartum patients)
- Trauma Level: Level 2
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Idaho state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Requires Active State License: Yes
